WHO IS ON YOUR SIDE?

How you navigate daily living is influenced by who you have on your side and who you have asked to be on your side.  Our family is generally on our side through blood relations but your friends, advisors, and influencers are chosen by you.  They will influence what you think, do, and say.  God is on our side, by His choice, but we don’t always chose for Him to be on our side.  We want Him in desperation but not necessarily in our moment by moment living where we tend to stitch together our band of supporters based on what we want, where we want to go, and in support of our opinions.  God created and hard wired us to be with Him always to navigate this life.  We don’t get the full benefit of God when we treat His involvement in our life episodically based on how it fits our narrative on what we think our life should be.  The only true narrative (design) of your life is found in, through, and with God.  So it is imperative to choose Him to be on your side for all you think, do, and say.
